Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Field inquiries, take calls, build proposals, and efficiently move leads through to closure.
  • CRM Utilization: Efficiently manage leads within CRM Tool.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of new sales acquisition targets while optimizing project opportunities from existing clients.
  • RFP and Lead Handling: Manage incoming leads, respond to RFPs, and handle new business requests from prospects.
  • Outbound Sales: Proactively conduct outbound sales efforts to generate new leads and expand market reach.
  • Weekly Sales Update: Conduct and lead weekly sales meetings, presenting data-driven updates on targets, projects, and their impacts.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
  • To maintain short-term and long-term business development plans.
  • You are the person who initiates a conversation with another company and defines whether there is an interest in our company.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in the agency field, preferably with a focus on business development within a branding, design, or digital agency.
  • Ability to design and present engaging presentation decks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers and team.
  • Solid track record of developing successful relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Proven record of identifying and capitalizing on organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
  • Fluency in the English language as well as in Hindi is highly appreciated

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must-Have:
    • Good communication skills
    • Good understanding of CRM software
    • Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and relationship-building skills
  • Good to Have:
    • knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Good understanding of branding, design, and the web development industry
