Design skills & Experience:
Lead projects: Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work with you.
Present your ideas with clarity and conviction: Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
Have a strategic approach: This isn’t just about visual design. It’s about problem solving and understanding the business ask – and then leveraging your design skills to respond effectively to the brief. Your approach needs to be strategic, backed by research and an in-depth understanding of the context.
Process-led approach: Contribute to the design of projects from concept to completion – Have an iterative approach to work, are able to take feedback openly, and implement the same on a timely basis.
Confidence in client interactions: Present work externally with confidence & clarity. Past experience with client-facing projects is a plus.
Laser-focused attention to detail: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in visual & tonal communication across the brand. After all, the beauty of design is in the details.

Qualifications:
3+ years experience at a design agency or similar environment
A solid portfolio to prove you’ve got a hold of the craft!)
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite & Procreate. Specifically Adobe Illustrator and After Effects are a plus.
Ability to collaborate with others
