Wondering what it's like when you apply? We’re transparent about our hiring process, learn more about each step below.

Profile Sceering and Shortlisting

We commence the hiring process by getting to learn more about you - your skills, experience, interests, & what drives you.

Introductory screening call

You’ll have a 15-20 minute introductory call to meet with a hiring manager or founders to discuss the role and skill fit.

Skill Assessment

Depending on the role you’re applying for, we’ll send you an interesting assignment with a required deadline, a must-do for the next phase.

Culture Assessment

You’ll have a call with founders or teammates to get excited about our culture. We encourage you to ask questions, explore our values and behaviors, and get energized about how we do things. We also understand your values, vision, and thinking about joining our team.

Final Interview

Once you clear the assessment phase, you will have the final interview with the StarkSouk team. After that, we’d love to chat with at least three references, including a previous manager (if needed).

Freelance Creative Network

Internship Opportunity

Our internships last at least 3-6 months, giving you time for in-depth learning and real-world experience.
